What We Collect

We collect your email address, account identifier, sign-in provider, and optional display name. We store the content you create in Daily3, including values, dreams, goals, plans, activities, routines, Daily 3 selections, completion history, preferences, and feedback you submit.

How We Use Your Data

We use this data to provide Daily3, authenticate your account, sync your information across devices, operate optional calendar integrations, respond to support requests, maintain security, diagnose failures, and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal data, use it for advertising, or track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Diagnostics and Usage Data

Daily3 records limited technical diagnostics such as app version, platform, session and account identifiers, sync status, operation names, error details, and device information needed to investigate problems. Error reporting is provided through Sentry. Diagnostic payloads are designed to exclude the titles, names, notes, and descriptions you enter in Daily3.

Calendar Integration

Calendar access is optional. If you connect Google Calendar, we store an OAuth refresh token so Daily3 can create and manage a dedicated “Daily3” calendar. The requested scope does not allow Daily3 to access or modify your other Google calendars. If you enable Apple Calendar, calendar access is handled on your device and Daily3 writes only to its dedicated calendar. We store the event identifiers needed to keep Daily3 records in sync. You can disconnect a calendar or revoke permission at any time.

Where Your Data Lives

Cloud account data is stored through Supabase on Amazon Web Services. Local copies are stored in your browser using IndexedDB and in the Daily3 iOS or macOS app using Apple platform storage. Widget data and sign-in state may also be stored in the app's private shared container so Daily3 widgets and shortcuts can work.

Data Deletion

You can delete your account from the Account screen in Daily3. This removes your account and user-created data from the active service. Limited diagnostic or security records may be retained when reasonably necessary to protect the service, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Provider backups expire under the provider's normal retention schedule. You can also contact us for help with access or deletion.

Third-Party Services

We use Supabase and Amazon Web Services for authentication and cloud storage, Google and Apple for sign-in and optional calendar features, Vercel for web hosting, and Sentry for error reporting. These providers process data only to supply services to Daily3 and are required to protect it under their applicable contractual and privacy obligations.

Your Choices

You can disconnect calendar integrations, revoke device permissions, sign out, or delete your account from within Daily3. You may also contact us to request help accessing, correcting, or deleting your information.

Children

Daily3 is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
