By creating an account or using Daily3, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The Service

Daily3 is an intentional-living alignment system that helps you connect daily activities to your values, dreams, and goals. We provide the software, cloud sync, and integrations described on our website.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One person per account. Do not share your login credentials.

Your Data

You own your data. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over the content you create in Daily3. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your data solely to provide the service.

Availability and Pricing

Daily3 is available at no charge at launch. We may introduce paid plans in the future. Before you purchase or subscribe, we will clearly show the price, billing period, renewal terms, and how to cancel. We will not charge you without your affirmative agreement.

Acceptable Use

Do not use Daily3 to store illegal content, attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the service, or use automated tools to scrape or overload the platform.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. When your account is deleted, your account and user-created data are removed from the active service. Limited diagnostic, security, or backup records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Daily3 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including data loss, missed deadlines, or service interruptions.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of Daily3 after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
